Free cash flow (FCF) is the cash generated after financing working-capital movements and capital expenditure. For asset-light recruiters, capex is minimal, so FCF typically tracks adjusted EBITDA less tax. High FCF supports leveraged transactions and dividend pull-outs, making the agency more attractive to private-equity funds.
